We have a dedicated Client Services team to help with your enquiries.

CCLA would like to remind clients to be alert to fraudsters claiming to be from CCLA or impersonating CCLA staff. If you have any doubts about the validity of an individual you have been contacted by, please contact our Client Services team using the contact details below.

You can use the FCA Firm Checker | FCA to find out if a firm is authorised and has permission for the service it's offering you. If you can't find them on Firm Checker, contact the FCA on 0800 111 6768.

WARNING

Fraudulent websites. We are aware of a scam website claiming to be part of CCLA. They call themselves 'CCLA Broker' and the website address is www.ccla-broker.com. This is NOT part of CCLA. Do not use this website. Our only website is www.ccla.co.uk.

Cryptocurrency/assets. We are also aware of fraudulent emails claiming to be from CCLA and offering investments in crypto currency/assets with no risk to capital. You should ignore any such emails. All investments carry a risk to capital. CCLA does NOT provide investments in crypto currency/assets. Please check the email address carefully and ensure the email address (and not just the name) corresponds to a CCLA email address. CCLA’s email addresses are available below or in our forms which are available on our website.

Under the useful links section below, we have added a helpful document, published by Thames Valley Police, which explains the actions you could take to minimise fraud and what to do if you or your organisation have been a victim of fraud.
