COIF Charities funds

The documentation and forms in this section are applicable to the following:

  • COIF Charities Investment Fund
  • COIF Charities Short Duration Bond Fund
  • COIF Charities Deposit Fund

  • COIF Charities Ethical Investment Fund

Full application to open a new account. Please contact Client Services if you have existing accounts.

Change of address form. Applicable to all funds.

Form to authorise CCLA to accept instructions via email. Applicable to all funds.

Form to remove and/or add authorised signatories (excluding the correspondent).

Form to remove the existing correspondent and appoint a new individual as the account contact.

Form to update all account details. This form supersedes all previously held details.

Buy unit forms

Form to purchase additional units in an existing COIF account (not to be used for the Deposit Fund) using funds from an existing COIF Charities Deposit Fund account in the charity’s name.

Form to purchase additional units in an existing COIF account (not to be used for the Deposit Fund), with funds sent by bank transfer or cheque.

Withdrawal forms

Form to withdraw funds from a COIF Charities Deposit Fund account to nominated bank details or to another COIF Deposit account. Not to be used for unitised funds.

Form to provide multiple withdrawal instructions from COIF Charities Deposit Fund accounts to nominated bank details or to another COIF Deposit Fund account. Not to be used for unitised Funds.

Sell units form

Form to sell units from a unitised account only, with proceeds paid to nominated bank details or transferred to another COIF account. Not to be used for withdrawals from the Deposit Fund.

Deposit forms

Form to add funds to a COIF Charities Deposit Fund account only by bank transfer or cheque. Not to be used for the unitised funds.

Form to add funds to a COIF Charities Deposit Fund account only by bank transfer (sent in tranches) or cheque. Not to be used for unitised funds.

CAIF Catholic Investment Fund

The documentation and forms in this section are applicable to the CAIF Catholic Investment Fund only.

Full application to open a new account. Please contact Client Services if you have existing accounts.

Change of address form. Applicable to all funds.

Form to sell units from a CCLA Charity Authorised Investment Fund account, with proceeds paid to nominated bank details or transferred to a COIF account.
